Agreement to Terms By accessing the website of Fixora Property Maintenance LLC (the "Company"), located at fixoraproperty.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Service Estimates All estimates provided by the Company are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on initial visual inspections; if additional repairs are required upon starting a project, a supplemental estimate will be provided for client approval.

Payment Terms Payment is due upon completion of the work order unless net terms have been previously negotiated and approved in writing. Late payments may be subject to administrative fees.

Liability & Insurance Fixora Property Maintenance LLC maintains professional general liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues or damage resulting from deferred maintenance by the property owner prior to our arrival.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
